These terms govern your use of chaitikaa.com and any order you place with Chaitikaa. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to them. Please also read our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your personal data.

1. Eligibility & your account

You must be capable of entering into a legally binding contract under Indian law to place an order on this site. You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential and for all activity under your account. Tell us immediately at the contact details in Section 12 if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

2. Products & pricing

We make every effort to display product colours, weaves, and details accurately, but slight variation from your screen's display is possible with handloom and hand-dyed fabrics. Prices shown at checkout are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise, and are final at the time you complete payment. We reserve the right to correct a pricing or listing error before your order is confirmed.

3. Order acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to purchase; a contract is formed only once we confirm your order. We may decline or cancel an order — including after payment — in cases of suspected fraud, pricing/listing errors, or unavailable stock, and any amount already charged will be refunded.

4. Payment

Payments are processed through our third-party payment gateway. We never see or store your card number, CVV, UPI PIN, or payment OTP — these are handled entirely by the gateway under its own security standards.

7. Coupons & offers

Coupon codes and promotional offers are valid only for the period, minimum order value, and products stated at the time they are offered, and may be withdrawn or changed at any time without notice. Only one coupon may be applied per order unless stated otherwise.

8. Your account content

If you submit a product review or comment, you confirm it is your own genuine opinion and grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display it on this site and in our marketing. We may remove any submission that is abusive, fraudulent, or otherwise violates these terms.

9. Intellectual property

All content on this site — including text, images, logos, and design — belongs to Chaitikaa or our licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, or used commercially without our prior written permission.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Chaitikaa is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site or a delay outside our reasonable control (e.g. a courier or payment-gateway outage). Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under Indian law, including under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute arising from them is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Delhi, India.
